The Holmes Academy is one of North America’s largest and most successful training institutes for Home Inspectors. Our 225-hour course is based and audited under National Occupational Standards for licensing and certification.

Canada:

Online Training (excluding BC) – $999 CAD

Financing: $192 per month for 6 months

Winter 2026 RBIC Zoom Classes – For BC Residents Only – $2,500 + Tax

Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM PST and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST

Start Date: Tuesday, January 20th, 2026

End Date: Saturday, April 18th, 2026

 

One-Time Payment Option:

  • Pay one-time fee of $2500

 

Financing Option:

  • A non-refundable signup deposit of $500 + tax is required to secure your spot.
  • 30 days after the initial deposit, payments will begin with 6 installments of $388 + tax, charged every two weeks until the balance is paid in full.

 

Please note that full payment must be completed before receiving your Certificate and all related benefits.

USA (Florida Only):
